My Trip To Mahandipur, Rajasthan

My family and I, my two mamas, mami and my younger cousin brother and sister went on an unexpected trip to Mahandipur, Rajasthan on 11-8-2022.  I came from school on 11-8-2022 at 3:30 pm, changed my clothes and watched TV while eating my lunch. Then my mother told me we were going to Mahandipur, Rajasthan to offer our prayers. I visited there when I was 3-4 years old. They packed our bags and we left at 5:31 pm. We were in Noida, so it took us 5 hours, but they took double our time because they were in Haridwar.  On the way, we stopped at a restaurant for dinner at 9:11 pm and ate paratha. We tied the rakhi there only. We reached our destination at 10:06 pm. It was late so we booked two rooms for one night in a guest house named Shree Ram Dharamshala. We went to our room and I brushed my teeth, changed our clothes and slept.  The room had two beds, one TV, one AC, one bathroom and a balcony that joined with another room that belonged to them. The guest house had a small temple, a shop

When all the Colours Had a Fight

One day, all the colours had a fight. They were fighting over who was the most important. Red said, I am so lovely, I colour roses, fire engine, apples and lots more. Orange said I colour oranges, pumpkins, life jackets... yellow cut him off. He said I am bright, I give warnings, I am the colour of the sun, important signs, pepper, mangoes, ho... yeah yeah whatever said green, he said, I am everywhere, I am nature...so what, I am everywhere too interrupted blue. Green ignored and spoke, I am the grapes which you eat, I am the grass on which you play, I am... Enough, enough is enough, blue said. I am the sky, I am the water in which you swim, marine animals live in my blue colour oceans, water is important, Samely, I am the most important. Other colours were just fighting until they looked at quiet black and teased him, what do you do, what is your role good for nothing. This made black cry.  At the end of the fight, they saw they were useless without all the other colours. The colours

The Boy and The Goat

Once upon a time, there was a poor boy who owned a goat. One day there was a village fair. The boy went there to check it out. He saw many rides, shops games, vendors and more. There were many people looking to buy something.  A rich merchant came up to the boy. He said, boy I want to buy this goat, how much? The boy told that the goat was not for sale. The rich merchant said, you have no money, I'll make you rich, 300 gold coins, deal? The boy still said no. He kept on increasing till it reached 500 gold coins. The boy thought a bit, he said okay, this is a fair deal, give me my money first. The rich merchant gave him the money and the boy gave him his goat. The boy longed to eat at a restaurant, he went there and ate a lavish meal. The waiter came with the bill. The boy paid 100 gold coins and left. Then the boy decided to earn some money. He set up a shop. As the boy had no experience in business, he got cheated off 100 gold coins. He decided to close his shop and be a fake ast

When I Shifted To My New House

I shifted to my new house on 1/4/2022! I was so happy. In Jaypee Klassic there are three blocks, A, B and C. I was in A block before now I am in B block. The packers and movers came at 2 pm. They packed everything by 6 pm and we went to the new house. They then unpacked everything by 9 pm and they went away. In the B block entry, trucks were allowed to enter by a particular time as a result some things were left. The remaining stuff we got home after a few days like the TV, microwave ext.  The new house was bigger and better. It was a 3 BHK house with two balconies. (master, kids and guest room). It had two bathrooms, one kitchen and one storeroom. I am delighted!

My Friend Atharva's Birthday Party

It was my friend Atharva's eighth birthday on 18/6/2022 at 6:30 pm. I dressed up and went to his house. I wished Atharva Happy Birthday and gave him his gift. I gave him Scrabble. Atharva's mother gave me popcorn, chilli potato, french fries and chips. I took everything except chips. Then everyone started coming one by one. There were eight children. After some time Atharva's mother gave everyone plain pizza. Then the game conductor came. He waited for everyone and then he started the games!  In the first game, we had to Atharva happy birthday in our loudest voice. The loudest would be the winner. My friend Ayaan was the winner.  In the next game, we had to listen to the three numbers 1, 2 and 3. On 1 we had to touch our heads. On 2 we had to touch our noses. On 3 we had to jump and say Happy Birthday. There could be any order when someone made a mistake, he got out, I made two mistakes but still, no one saw me! So the game conductor started! 122, 123, 121212.... Slowly ev

My First Medal

I won my first medal on 23/6/2019. It was a Sunday morning at 10:00 am when I won this medal. I came to my society park where my skating classes were conducted. My skating sir was hosting the tournament only for the children in the class. There were three races in which there were at least four children of the same age group. Until the sir would come everyone practised before the tournament.   Mine was the second race. I was very excited. We had to cover three laps. I competed with my friends Harsh, Nishant and Aarav. The race began, 1, 2, 3, go! I raced as fast as I could. I remained at the fourth position mostly but the one at first place tripped at some point at everyone behind him fell including me but he got up resumed the race. I had an opportunity to go at the third position because the third one fell and was getting up very slowly. I resumed my race and came third. I bagged the bronze medal! I was very happy. The positions in my race were - 1. Harsh   2. Aarav   3. Daksh   4. N
